I went in the store yesterday to get my disabled legally blind daughter’s iPhone 14 fix, “she cracked the screen”. I asked the lady at the first counter, how much is it to fix the phone, she said $100.00. I asked “did y’all go up on the prices, cause I have always came to this store, and sent customers for the past five years. She said it depends on the phone, I said I’ll come back cause I didn’t have that amount, the lady standing in front of the second counter spoke in their language to the other two woman, and all three start laughing. I turned around and said I won’t be back. I like it better when the men be in there. I went on Amazon and found the iPhone 14 repair assembly kit for $24.50. Only If I could give zero stars for customer service

I have been doing business with communication depot for years. I have three careless children that must have a phone at all time and with that im here at least 7 times a year just for repairs. I always have a speedy pleasant experience no matter who is assisting me. The staff are really nice understanding. Thank you guys so much.

These guys SAVED my bacon! My entire life is on my phone and when the screen failed T-MOBILE offered to replace it, NOT fix it. Unfortunately, I never backed up my own songs so they won't transfer to a new phone. But, COMM Depot replaced my screen and I'm profoundly grateful!!! I got my life back!!!

I was just in 2 weeks ago on a continuous. Go back-and-forth had a young man. Finally, take my phone, get it to where it needed to be no extra charge. I even must stook him for someone else and he was okay with it. We laughed and talked about it while he fixed my phone. They have some of the best customer service that I've had in a very long time. I love that store.

Mike is by far the best person to take your phone to if you have a problem, need a phone or just need help and information about something.
