Our laptop was acting up, sometimes just refusing to turn on. I called another place who told me it’s not worth fixing given it’s about 4 years old. I found Mutasim at Custom PC Build who was willing to look at it. He diagnosed the issue and charged a reasonable labour to get it working again. So thankful that I didn’t have to buy a whole new laptop. He was so pleasant and easy to deal with. I felt respected as a customer. Communication with him was quick and easy. Definitely would come back to Mutasim for computer issues in the future.

I would highly recommend Mutasim to anyone looking to have a PC built for them. He was extremely patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process despite my many delays. He is always willing to answer any question you might have and is very knowledgeable. Making the building of any PC extremely fast and straightforward even for someone with limited experience. For what he is offering and the pace he can do it at, his prices are more than fair and I would happily return to him for anything PC-related I need.

I am very happy with my pc, as I was doing research into getting my new pc, I knew exactly what I wanted my pc to be able to do. As I know nothing about computers I looked around and got multiple quotes from different people. The price of building my pc I got was very high. Mutasim built my pc for signifyingly far less. I received my pc on the day he promised, and it has definitely exceeded my expectations.

Man this is the go to place to get your PC Built ! They did such an amazing job and updated me along the whole way. Put up with all my requests lol (I had a ton of them ?) .
