There is that moment of dread when you see unexpected stalks rising in the vegetable patch and you think that Knotweed may have taken hold and you can see pound signs disappearing out of the wallet.

Fear not gentle reader for I contacted Chris who got back to me immediately to start to put my mind at rest. A second consultation with photos sealed the deal (its bindweed - unpleasant but not in the same ballpark of misery as knotweed)

Throughout I received most excellent attention with no reward for Chris other than this grateful review

After finding knotweed in my garden about 5 years ago, Chris has been a regular yearly visitor treating the plant's leaves and observing the effect on the plant over this period. Last year he produced a detailed report on the state of the plant over time and this year he gave me a certificate to say that there had been no plant growth for two years. It has been a pleasure to see Chris on a regular basis, each visit lasting about 25 minutes. My thanks to him and his company for a job well done.

I was recommended to contact CYB Environmental and I'm so glad I did. I wanted an expert to confirm that the plants in my backyard were not Japanese knotweed. I contacted the company on Thursday 11 May 2023 and they told me they would help me if I could send them an email with pictures of the plants. They got back to me on the same day confirming that the plants were not Japanese knotweed and they said I didn't even need to pay for their help with this. This is a very friendly company.

Cannot recommend CYB enough. After confirming we had Japanese Knotweed on our property, Chris really put our mind at ease by putting a clear plan in place and completing all necessary spraying in a professional manner at times to suit us.
