The stuff is super friendly . All products are very fun and exciting for both children and adults. Extremely happy with the backpack we bought it for our son’s Birthday ! It’s easy to use app, video screen is well protected. It is light weight and feels comfortable wearing it. He takes it everywhere and get a compliments& questions as how great it is and where his got it.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with CYB Wear's Fremont Street location in Las Vegas. I spoke with a salesman named Carlos regarding the purchase of a LED backpack, LED hat, and LED glasses.

Initially quoting an insanely high price, Carlos suddenly started lowering the cost and offering deals when I expressed reluctance to buy.

After negotiating what I believed to be a fair deal, I specifically asked Carlos about the possibility of returning the items if I had second thoughts. He confidently assured me that it would be no problem, as he would be working for the next two days. Feeling reassured, I proceeded with the purchase.

After returning to my hotel I did some research and found the exact same items elsewhere for half the price. I then contacted Carlos and told him I would be returning the items i purchased. He then informed me that all sales were final. When i told him that is not what he told me earlier, he tried to pass it off as a misunderstanding, suggesting he thought I was inquiring about the items' warranty.

I am certain I explicitly asked about returning the items due to buyer's remorse, not about any warranty. Additionally, there are no visible "all sales final" signs in the store. I feel that this is a deceptive business practice and I strongly caution potential buyers to be wary of false promises and consider alternative options before dealing with CYB Wear.

So sad I even have to write this because the new products are so cool! Buttttt we bought a hat and 2 backpacks from them off Fremont street and the hat stopped working after 4 uses. I have reached out to them through email and social media with no response at all. I don’t do well with poor customer service so I would not recommend this company. And to all the people I saw at the photo booth expo that I recommended this company to, I’m sorry. ?
