The Deeded team was great and they took care of everything very smoothly. We sold our house in under a week with a 30 Day Closing, so we needed things to happen very quickly. Our legal representatives were so kind to us and helped us understand exactly what had to happen as this was our first time selling a house. I used Deeded to renew my mortgage a few weeks ago.
The process was super simple and the coordinator kept me up-to-date with all requests and activity. Uploading documents was easy and quick.
When it came time to review the legal documents virtually, I received a link with a time and the meeting was completed in 20 minutes. The ease of signing virtually was a nice feature as my wife and I were able to use our mobile phones as a signature pad.
Overall it was a pleasant and stress-free way to manage a mortgage renewal juggling work and children while not having to leave the house to visit a lawyer's office.

I really wasn't sure what to expect when using an online service for my mortgage renewal; but it was a terrific experience. So much more convenient than finding time to go into a law office to sign documents.

Heather and Cindy were amazing to work with; my questions were always answered promptly. The signing experience was extremely smooth. A meeting booked, the documents are reviewed online and you sign as you go.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a real estate transaction.
