Mérite même pas une étoile, très antipathique parce que je parle en Français et pourtant je me suis excuse de ne pas savoir le Néerlandais, pas envie de travailler et pas envie de vendre! je venais pas pour un problème même pas pour poser une question je venais acheter un gsm! comme il ne lavait pas en stock, il devait m'appeler.... j'attend toujours.... NUL!

They sold us a new iPhone 15 and after we opened the box we noticed the phone was damaged, instead of giving us a new phone they repaired it because they didn't want to give us a new phone from their own stock ... What they actually did was they sent the phone to their secret repair shop where not even they know the phone number to call to see why we had to wait 4 weeks for a new phone like they tricked us telling we will get a brand new phone but instead the phone was repaired, so now we have paid 1300 euro for a repaired phone which has a different IMEI, we have received a repaired phone with a different IMEI but they said the phone is brand new but it doesn't have the phone box, they just gave us the phone in hand without the iphone phone box, a new phone comes inside a sealed phone box but we received just the phone in hand, I never heard anywhere to buy a new phone without the phone box... besides that, they don't care about their clients at all, we saw lack of interest in helping us to find out why it takes so much time and besides that they tricked us couple of times, this shows the quality of their services, we will be 100% sure to avoid this shop and probably change to another operator.

Vrij vriendelijk personeel maar niet super enthousiast, en daarenboven smeerden ze ons een extra oplader aan die blijkbaar helemaal niet nodig was.

Ze verkopen beschadigde telefoons, pas op!
