I will make sure to ask my medical providers if they are using Inform Diagnostics - if they are, I will change medical providers. This company sent my $40 bill to collections without any warning - way to antagonize customers! Got the invoice once, then collections - this service was provided 4 months ago. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want them to wreck your credit!

It’s been a year since the service and we have been billed incorrectly over and over again with the most recent one yesterday. Several times I have faxed our explanation of benefits from our insurance for the bill to be corrected. They still keep sending the same invoiced amount with a new due date. It’s been a YEAR of this! By this time the deng bill needs to forgiven! When you call they offer up to 40% off however that’s still more than our insurance stated is owed. I think that’s even more frustrating, something needs to change with the billing department. Thank goodness my husband has me to help out with these things because anyone going through cancer treatments that does not would not have energy enough to advocate for themselves. I would recommend using another service of the office you visit has other options. This is exhausting.

This place!!!!! I had treatment 6/16, my portion of the bill was $519. Paid payments of $119, $125, $137.50 every month. Last check cleared on 9/26/23. I have a balance of $137.50 and they send me to a collection agency!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Last month I received a bill from Date of Service January 2020!!!!! I called and spoke to someone who asked for my Medicare #, I said from my invoice, you had billed both my BCBS and Medicare, so you HAVE MY #’s!!!! Apparently my neurologist sent a biopsy to them? Which I question as I am in another State with many other labs!
I told her I wasn’t paying and just received another invoice! Still not paying, I believe it’s a SCAM!!!!

It is bad enough to worry about having cancer, but it is atrocious that companies like this one prey on those individuals. Their fees are completely out of line and I hope at some point they're held responsible for what they're doing to people.

I inadvertently paid an Inform Diagnostics invoice twice, which i didn't discover until I was preparing my tax return in February. I wrote to them immediately, with copies of the bills and cancelled checks. They did not reply. I wrote again in April. It is now June, and I have still had no reply. You can be sure if they billed me and I hadn't paid it in four months, they would be pursuing legal action against me. This behavior is unethical and unprofessional, and I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I received a notice that this company has had trouble billing my insurance - yet the number they have for me is correct. I have called the number on the letter four times. Each time I was given the option of leaving a message requesting a call back. I did this and have not received a call back so far. Given the other reviews, I doubt I will receive a call back ever. I am going to ask my doctor to use another company.

I was never told that this company would be testing samples of my cancer. I suddenly got a bill 2 1/2 years after my surgery for $100,000 from this company, and they're not done! How can they do $100,000 worth of testing on a tiny frozen sample and justify it. I would NEVER have approved anything so ridiculous! I'm now stuck with a bill for something I never approved or knew about. This is scam at its worst. Attacking people going through cancer treatment. Its horrifying!
