Royal Williams at MyITPros is an outstanding IT tech. I am not fond of the way the company's system has changed, but Royal is hands down one of the best. He is informative, courteous, patient, and he goes above and beyond to make sure our office is running smoothly and that we understand what is needed or taking place. I have never had any complaints when I have worked with him. I am very glad that he is a part of my team of techs that I know I can definitely rely on. My company uses MyITPros and they have been great for all the times when I've had an IT issue to fix. In particular, Anthony has been professional, courteous, and a delight to talk with as we worked through my technical issues. I joked that the only time I call him is when I have a problem - and that I felt guilty about it. That's how "human" a service they provide.

Other team members such as Xavier and Chris have also been very helpful so this pro-active attitude is not just limited to one person. If you're shopping for a new IT support group, please give them a chance to win your business.
