Terrible, boring, useless training. They designed it for 5 year olds with no attention span which makes it unbearable for everyone else. Here's 10 1-minute videos to slog through - enjoy! Information (being generous here, it's so basic) that could be communicated in one paragraph stretched to 10 minutes. No regard for people's time or intelligence. Please subject employees to this if you hate them.

Cant believe Im leaving this review about Corporate training BUT I really enjoy the KnowBe4 security training. I learn a lot of useful tidbits to keep the company secure and I am thoroughly invested in Marks redemption arc from criminal to good guy. Bravo

I see some reviews that the training is too mindless or basic. Being a corporate programmer and a huge nerd I am familiar with most details on network security already, so I am evaluating it by the standards and perspective of someone who knows just the basics of computer literacy and cybersecurity.

I don't know about the actual local office or staff, but as far as the product itself goes it's the best subcontracted corporate training I have ever received. The training actually goes into the details of cybersecurity, and also requires you to stay engaged instead of clicking through the links. The Know Be 4 team knows how to put together a honey of a training deck, it makes me want to know what else they have besides cybersecurity.

I was requested to fill out a lengthy form to gain approval for PAYING for their services. I had 20 users I was going to onboard immediately for trial, and 100+ to bring on once approved. Upon filling out the documentation, and waiting 3-4 business days to respond, I never heard back. I followed up with their team, and within 2-4 hours after that follow up I was denied for the sole fact I didnt have an in-house dedicated sales and marketing team. They stated the intended partnerships were for more established businesses. I've been in business for 15+ years. What a slap in the face. Taking business elsewhere to Sophos Phish Threat, as they approved my partnership and provide the same as KnowBe4. I'd advise others to do the same.

I rarely write reviews but my company has been using knowb4 for about a year and at this point it's really just three repetitive distractions
(1) The banner:
A huge banner at the top of every customer email notifying me that it came from an outside source.
"CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe"
What they overlook is that the banner itself takes up the preview section in Outlook forcing me to have to open each email rather than being able to efficiently scroll though my email.
(2) Trick Test Emails
Every few weeks there's (IMO) a fairly obvious 'trick' email testing us to see if we will click on phishing
(3) Long videos
Constant notices during the workday insisting that I stop and watch a new required training video. If they are not watched right away notices start going out to management that we are behind on training
The videos are entertaining but in order to make them entertaining they run way too long and (for me at least) and it
cuts into my production time and makes it difficult to get back into productive mode.
Just not seeing the benefit here.

Read some pretty silly negative reviews so I have to jump in here. I have used KnowBe4 at 2 different companies I have worked as the IT Manager and tried several imitators and I can vouch for this service, they are the best of the best, and all companies should be using this platform. Security starts with training your staff and the courses included are the best, and they are ALL focused on security. I highly recommend this company, they were easy to work with and improved our security by dramatically reducing click rates by our employees. Big thumbs up!!!

They hired a North Korean hacker. This business is a threat to National security and should be shut down and investigated immediately.

Much of the training is insulting to a basic person's intelligence, but worse than that, the fake spam/phishing emails they send waste your time, and even cause you to submit false alarms and investigations with clients and vendors thinking they are real emails. I even sent evidence to the government for documentation that turned out to just be a fake know KnowBe4 email, ...absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous!!!!!
