Wanted a refund over getting the wrong battery. I sent it back, done the return authorization online and even contacted them via emails. After now 2 months, the feedback was disappointing and never got to see a refund. Wasted around 160$ for nothing as a broke student. Very very disappointed to say the least.

I tried ordering a power cord from Amazon several times and it didn't fit. I ordered one from Source I.T. Inc. and that didn't fit either. The helpful gentleman and Source I.T. Inc. said the port in my laptop must be damaged. I am in the process of following his advice. I am returning two power cords (they sent a duplicate order by mistake) as my original cord should fit when the laptop is fixed. Very nice company to work with.

The order numbers on my packing slips are:34405 and 34531.

There are other numbers on the packing slips you may need. They are 5893983 and 5973175.

The part came quickly and I do believe it’s the correct charger for my laptop. HOWEVER the charger is not a perfect fit, and only works at certain angles. I don’t fault the company for this, as they explained in the email the charging ports are often damaged. However - the approach taken while explaining the reason for the fit was a bit condescending, suggesting it was my own fault (when it seems like this damage can happen quite easily) and the only solution they offered was for me to buy more parts for their store. I understand there may not be a solution to every problem, but to upsell me and then ask for a review when I’m saying I’m unhappy is wild to me. They also sent a white cord when I ordered a black cord - not the end of the world but certainly annoying. Shipping was very fast, so I will give them that. For those who may not be as familiar with computers and looking for a replacement charger, just know it may not fit perfectly due to normal wear and tear on your laptop - if I had known that I still would have ordered, but to find out after I spent $50 and told to just buy more parts, I’m less impressed.

I’m not sure how this review indicated that I wanted to cancel my order?
I didn’t order the part because I felt like blowing my cash at your amazing company but rather because I needed it.
This is just another justification for the 1*
